Bob Rosebrough, Retired

Mr. Rosebrough has practiced law in New Mexico for 40 years. His primary areas of practice are employment law, business law and estate planning. He has developed a liability reduction program named Legal Safety 1st that helps business owners prevent employment related lawsuits and claims through a menu of customized kits and packages.

Raised in Farmington, New Mexico, Bob graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1975 (B.U.S. in Political Science and Economics) and in 1978 (J.D. – Dean’s List and Honor Roll). Bob has an extensive record of public service. He recently completed terms as Mayor of Gallup and as a member of the New Mexico First board of directors. As Mayor, Bob helped negotiate a consent decree for the City of Gallup with the U.S. Department of Justice for employment practices of the City that preceded his term in office.

Bob is an author and avid outdoorsman. He has written a mountaineering guide to the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado and co-authored a hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing guide to the Gallup area. Tony Hillerman included Bob, by name, as a character in his best-selling novel, The Fallen Man after he helped Hillerman with the rock climbing portions of the plot. Bob is married and has four children.

Douglas W. Fowles, Owner

Douglas William Fowles was born and raised in Delta, Utah. Doug and his wife, Kaeli, moved to Gallup, New Mexico with their two daughters in February 2017. Doug and Kaeli now have 4 children.

After graduating from Southern Utah University with a B.S. in Social Science, Doug received his legal education from the University of Utah, where he graduated with honors in 2015. His primary areas of practice include, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Business Formation and Administration, Corporate Governance/Counsel, Employment, Real Estate, and Contracts. Doug has gained a wealth of valuable legal experience through his involvement with private legal practice and employment with the Office of the Utah Attorney General. Doug enjoys assisting clients with their various legal matters and resolving complex legal issues.

Doug loves spending time with his family, camping, hunting and fishing. He is at home in the outdoors!

 

 

Grant L. Foutz, Retired

Grant L. Foutz is a proud New Mexican with an impressive 49-year career in law, a testament to his enduring dedication. His foundational educational from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, Grant built a distinguished private practice. His commitment to justice also led him to serve with distinction as a District Court Judge for New Mexico’s Eleventh Judicial District and a Municipal Judge for the City of Gallup, leaving a significant legacy in the state’s legal landscape. He recently retired from private practice, marking the close of a truly remarkable legal journey.

 

Mckade R. Loe , Attorney

McKade Loe is a dedicated legal professional with a wide range of expertise, and he’s passionate about helping people with all sorts of legal needs. McKade is originally from Delta, Utah. He started his academic journey at Dixie State University, where he studied criminal justice and social justice, building a solid foundation for his legal aspirations. He then attended Creighton University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. Degree in 2023, and really sharpened his skills in trial work and earned the prestigious honor of being selected for the Order of Barristers – a testament to his courtroom abilities.

Today, McKade is a licensed attorney in New Mexico, and he has developed a strong practice. He helps clients navigate diverse legal areas like Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Business Formation and Administration, Corporate Governance/Counsel, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Contracts. What truly sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to his clients and his deep grasp of the law, making him a trusted advisor in the legal community.

When he’s not in the office, McKade is all about his family. He loves spending time with them and also enjoys getting outdoors. He’s also an avid outdoorsman, finding joy and peace in training horses and simply being out in nature. McKade’s varied interests and passions not only enrich his personal life but also bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to how he approaches his legal work.

Arianne E. DePauli , Attorney

Arianne E. DePauli began her legal practice in 2021 with our firm after having graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She is an attorney skilled at managing various legal matters, underpinned by her strong specialization in legal research. Her areas of practice include Business Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and limited Civil Litigation. She has become an invaluable asset in the legal field through her practice. Arianne is committed to delivering insightful legal guidance and personalized service to her clients.

Wilhelmina Yazzie, Tribal Court Advocate/Paralegal

Wilhelmina (Diné) was born and raised on the eastern region of the Navajo Nation, where she grew up in a small rural community in Casamero Lake, NM. She is Dziłgha’í Deeshchíí’nii born to Kiyaa’áanii. Wil and her partner, who is Oglala Lakóta, have three beautiful children.

Wil received two degrees from the University of New Mexico in Paralegal studies and in Tribal Court Advocacy. She is currently working towards a higher degree with concentrations in Native American Studies, Law and Social Justice. Wil has been with the firm since 2004. She became a member of the Navajo Nation Bar Association in June 2018 and has been admitted to practice law on the Navajo Nation. Her primary areas of practice with the Navajo Nation courts include small civil matters, limited family law, guardianship, business law, estate planning, and assistance in completing legal forms.

Wil is passionate about her Navajo culture and traditions; and she is also fluent in the Navajo language. Aside from her professional career, she is also a strong advocate of educational equity for all children, as she is one of the key Plaintiffs in the education lawsuit Yazzie/Martinez vs. NM, who sued the state for its failure to uphold its legal obligation to give all students a sufficient education, primarily Native Americans, English Language Learners, low-income and children with disabilities. Wil has received numerous awards for her advocacy, including being named as one of USA Today’s Women of the Year and was selected by the National Education Association Human and Civil Rights Commission to receive the inaugural Wilma Mankiller Memorial Award.
